Hello, I have pain in my lower back and it's on the right side, all over. It hurts for about 5 minutes at night, then calmed down and started hurting again, and everything was fine afterwards. Is this a training contraction? First pregnancy, no experience ? I think maybe the kidneys hurt or something I don't understand.
