Я дышала, очень помогает, но на маленьком раскрытие нельзя почему-то. Поэтому до 6-7 см придётся потерпеть, а вообще идеально помогает.

Мне в роддоме давали специальную трубку Это очень помогает сосредоточиться и не орать,а дышать)

Больше ходите ,через нос и ртом выдыхайте ,30 мин по ходили ,легли отдохнули ,главное правильно дышать и раскрытие быстрей пойдет ,силы на крики и истерики не тратьте ,и все будет хорошо)
