Girls, is this eczema?

Girls, is this eczema? Sweet, citrusy, milky not eating. Almost two weeks on a diet. The skin flakes and red rash appears then disappears, but it's visible as itchy.

У нас тоже так было, но на сладкое выходило, прошло + еще смешанно акне новорождённых выходило

Sonya, Я ничем не мазала, только ванне купала иногда в морской соли или в череде и само ушло с возрастом
