Главное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – реальный вес плода в 2 месяца и данные фетометрии. За женщиной осуществляют пристальный надзор. Если патология была выявлена на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных аномалий. После постановки диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. Обычно назначается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
