Today he said, “Let's go to a café just the two of us” — I was so happy and was already getting ready, and then he says, “Let's take my mom.” I'm not against his mom, I understand — I'm going to be a mom soon too — but if you promised we'd go just the two of us, then keep your word. Honestly, that killed my desire to go anywhere. I also want a break from his mom because she's everywhere, I swear — we can't even have tea alone, she always has to come up with something... I know she's his mother and I should respect her, but apparently my hormones are acting up right now.
