My mom had her first child at 15. She never had any problems with me, I developed relatively easily as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's surprising is that I'm the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут возникать среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 15, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
