My mom gave birth at 15. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was in a position. What's unexpected is that I am the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не стоит сразу переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родоразрешения детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все связано с индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 15, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
