My mom gave birth at 15 years old. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was in a position. What's unexpected is that I am the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не стоит предварительно переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 15, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
