My mother gave birth at 15 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that she was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also of the same age. Can I also hope for a smooth delivery?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родоразрешения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 15, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
