My mother gave birth at 15 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that she was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am as old as her. Can I also hope for a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для появления малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не стоит сразу переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все связано с индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 15, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
