My mom had me at 15 without complications. She never had any issues with me growing up, I was a pretty healthy child. I just found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm in the same age category as her. Can I also expect a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 15, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
