My mother gave birth at 16. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 16, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
