My mom had me at 16 without complications. She never had any problems with me growing up, I was a pretty healthy child. I just found out that she's pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm as old as her. Can I also hope for a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 16, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
