My mom gave birth at 17 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все определяется индивидуальными характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 17, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
