My mother had me at 17. She never had any problems with me, I developed relatively easily as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I'm in the same age group. Can I also count on easy childbirth?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее подходящий период для появления малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не стоит сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все определяется определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 17, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
