My mother gave birth at 25 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me growing up, I was a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 25, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
