My mother gave birth at 25 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me growing up, I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also count on a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее лучший период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 25, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
