My mom gave birth at 26. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's unexpected is that I'm of the same age. Can I also count on a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный возраст для появления ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все определяется конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 26, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
