My mother gave birth at 26 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 26, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
