My mother gave birth at 26 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее подходящий период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 26, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не паниковать и довериться акушеру.
