My mother gave birth at 26 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was then. Can I also expect that childbirth will be simple?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не желательно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все определяется индивидуальными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 26, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
