My mother gave birth at 26 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me growing up, I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее лучший возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется предварительно бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 26, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
