My mom gave birth at 26 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was then. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 26, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
