My mom gave birth at 27 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I grew up as a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will be smooth too?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно предварительно переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все связано с имеющимися характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 27, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
