My mom gave birth at 27 years old easily. She had no difficulties with me, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все определяется конкретными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 27, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не бояться и довериться специалисту.
