My mother gave birth at 27 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am as old as she was then. Can I also hope for a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 27, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
