My mother gave birth at 27 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее подходящий период для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все определяется конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 27, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
