My mom gave birth at 27 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age group as my pregnancy. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все связано с индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 27, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
