My mom gave birth at 27 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все определяется индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 27, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
