My mom gave birth at 28 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I grew up as a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will be smooth too?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее удачный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все определяется конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 28, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
