My mom gave birth at 28 years old easily. She never had any complications with me, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm in the same age category as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все связано с индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 28, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
