My mother gave birth at 28 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was then. Can I also count on a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный возраст для появления малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не стоит предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 28, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
