My mother gave birth at 28 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут возникать среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 28, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
