My mom gave birth at 28 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up relatively healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am as old as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все связано с конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 28, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
