My mom gave birth at 28 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age category as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее подходящий период для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут возникать среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 28, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
