My mom gave birth at 29 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be problem-free?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит сразу переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все связано с конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 29, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
