My mother gave birth at 29 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively painlessly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее оптимальный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все связано с индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 29, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
