My mother gave birth at 29 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's paradoxical: I am as young as she was. Can I also expect a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут возникать среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 29, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
