My mom gave birth at 29 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am also of the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will be problem-free too?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 29, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
