My mom gave birth at 29 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный период для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все связано с определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 29, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
