My mom gave birth at 29 years old easily. She never had any complications with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be simple?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все определяется индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 29, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
