My mom gave birth at 29 without complications. She never had any problems with me growing up, I was a relatively healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 29, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
