My mom gave birth at 30 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am as old as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не рекомендуется заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 30, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
