My mom gave birth at 30 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me growing up, I was relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все связано с конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 30, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
