My mother gave birth at 30 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I grew up a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am as old as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с конкретными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 30, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
