My mom had a baby at 30. She didn't have any problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I am pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age group. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родоразрешения детей. Трудности могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все связано с индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 30, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
