My mom gave birth at 30 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will go smoothly too?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее подходящий период для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Трудности могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 30, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
