My mom gave birth at 30 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm carrying a baby in my belly. What unexpected: I am as old as it is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Трудности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 30, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
