My mom gave birth at 30 years old easily. She never had any problems during my pregnancy, I grew up a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be simple?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут возникать среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 30, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
