My mom gave birth at 31 without complications. She never had any problems with me growing up, I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be problem-free?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 31, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться акушеру.
